Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. Since all items “purchased” are sponsorships/donations we are unable to offer a refund afer 15 days.

To be eligible for a return, you must reach out to oakcreekcorral@icloud.com before 15 days after your donation.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes the Tickets for the 2024 Jamboree. By purchasing the ticket you confirm your attendance to the event, if you are not able to attend no refunds are available.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • In the case that an incorrect amount has been donated, please notify us of the correct amount and we will refund the difference.

Refunds

Once your return request is recieved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges

We only exchange values of donations if accidentally purchased. If you need to exchange/change the donation amount please notify us immediatley at madaelizva@outlook.com.
